Q: What is MCT made up of?

A: Our MCT Powder is made up of a proprietary blend of coconut and palm.

Q: Is MCT Powder vegan?

A: Yes, MCT Powder is vegan. It is coconut (plant) based.

Q: Why is the canister so big?

A: The reason for the larger canister is that the powder is very fluffy when we fill the containers. When we initially fill the container, the powder is nearly to the top. During the shipment process, the powder settles and ends up leaving a lot of extra room in the container. Ultimately, our jar does come with 50 servings.

We are actively looking for a solution to this problem as we would like to use a smaller container since it is better for the environment and would be much easier to ship.

Q: New formulation with fiber has less MCT and more carbs. Is this still keto friendly?

A: Yes, it's still a great option for keto. Our MCT Powder has 0 grams of net carbs since all of the carbs are being derived from dietary fiber. Fiber does not significantly affect blood sugar and ketosis.

Q: Is the palm in MCT Powder sustainably grown?

A: Yes, it is.

Q: How is MCT made into powder?

A: It is sprayed MCT oil onto acacia fiber.

Q: How much MCT Powder is in a serving?

A: Zhou's MCT powder is created by binding MCT oil to Prebiotic Acacia Fiber. Therefore each serving of 9g MCT powder is 4g MCT and 5g Acacia Fiber. Binding the oil to acacia fiber is what allows MCT to be offered in powder form.

Q: Is MCT Powder dairy free?

A: Yes, MCT Powder is dairy free.

Q: How can I get MCT Powder to dissolve in my coffee?

A: We recommend taking a spoon and pushing the clumps against the side of the cup. This breaks up the clumps and allows it to dissolve perfectly.

Q: Can I add this powder to my cold brew coffee?

A: Yes! You can also mix it in tea, smoothies, shakes, salad dressings, sauces and baked treats. The creamy  texture makes it a tasty, quick-dissolving addition for more healthy fats in your diet.

Q: What type of fiber is in MCT Powder?

A: It's acacia fiber, which is one of the best sources of prebiotics. Great for gut health plus all of the other benefits of fiber.

Q: I'm missing my scoop, how much MCT Powder do I use?
